can't believe that the sony sponsors are too hapy with the way things have shaped out....nadal and fed skip the tourney and joker bows out early....player favorite tsonga loses early and they dropped the ball by not giving the wild card to gulbis.

this is the first 1000 masters series in a while without any marquee names in the semis. i mean the top 3. andy murray doesn't count because he's a bore. don't get me wrong, he deserves everything he gets and has earned it, but if tsonga had gotten a hold of lendl instead of murray as a coach can't but think he would be in this position. what lendl has done to murrays mental game is insane. these guys at the top are all separated by what's upstairs anyway, and murray got his fixed while tsongas is empty.

my worst beat ever, and i mean ever in professional sports was last years us open between murray and cilic. cilic was getting +7.5 and won the first set 3-6 and lost the second in a tie break. up 2 games going into the 3rd...i mean cilic only had to win 3 games of the next 14 which he couldn't....sick...women's no problem, happens all the time, but in the mens game it was uheard of...sick sick beat....cilic was just overpowered mentally. beats always even out in the end no matter what anyone says, and i win more of those than i lose, but that one stung to this day......

both of these lines moved in my favor as played overnight, so I don't like the current lines as much as what i got, but to each their own:

cilic +5 -120 x 2...gotta think he's still remember his collapse. beating isner isn't a big deal, and maybe not even tsonga, but the way he did it was impressive. his serves have been lasers and his groundstrokes have been smooth. gotta think there is pressure on murray now, where he is absolutely favored to win the tourney...no one left he shouldn't beat, and joker losing actually puts a ton more pressure on him.

gasquet +3.5 -115 x 2....the frenchman played the best match of the tourney against almagro. he willed his way to victory and i was so impressed with his mental toughness. berdych more talented but these guys have a 4-4 history and gasquet needs to get off to a faster start than when they played a couple weeks back. berdych more talented, but has been erratic all tourney. beating sam querry handily doesn't mean much at all.

go go gulbis

For the record....

Bleed should never complain about "bad beats".......dude is luckiest gambler I have ever seen.

Bleed complaining about "bad beats" is like a men's tennis player ranked in Top 50 in doubles or Top 100 in singles complaining about how ugly their chick is.

never complained....just remembering it. it really was a truly awful one. but i win more than i lose and if you'd like to attribute it to all luck that's fine. i only care about the zeros after the number in my accounts. for some people breaks go their way and for others it doesn't. i'm happy i have won more than my share of "either way" wagers.

sometimes in life the ball just bounce your way and for the record i've been blessed with a great life for which i'm grateful.

not complaining, just sayin'

and i am due for a downswing because i've been on the good side of standard deviation for a long time, but i won't complain, just keep on tickin

he couldn't have served worse if he tried

he also should never ever ever ever ever come in to the net.....

and if andy murray gets one more ball to hit the net and magically fall over.

if u think I'm lucky, check andy murrays luck

That was Beck vs. Murray in US Open...Beck had to win one game in the 5th....and lost 6-0.

I have horrid luck so I am used to it.
