Good day one of the new year to you all.

Auburn (-6.5) over Wisky
Like the tigers in this game because I believe they can limit Melvin Gordon. Wisky is kind of spinning here because they get slapped in the face by Ohio state then the coach decides to leave for Oregon state?? No man can escape from Alverez. Barry comes back to coach this bowl "for the kids" and he brings with him the desire to run and that means more Melvin Gordon. On the other side of the ball the Tigers forgot to run the ball the last four games of the year and they ended up going 1-3 down the stretch. They come into this game remembering the player who was recently shot on campus. Cameron Artis-Payne (1,482 yards rushing, 11 touchdowns) along with Nick Marshall, who threw for 2,315 yards, 18 TDs. Gus it is time to lean on these guys and get the game plan on offense tipped back into the run, play action that has worked in the past years. Questions about this Tigers defense but with Coach stare you down Muschamp watching some of these kids are playing to impress for next year. Two very even teams in this game, Auburn tied for 21st in the nation with 35.8 points per game and Wisconsin was 28th with 34.6. Where I think this game is won is on third down, I know that's a shocking revelation the team that continues drives would have the better chance. Also the team that scores more has a great shot to win. I say the third down item because Auburn is completing 50 plus percent conversions on third down, while Wisky just over 35%. If anything Ohio State showed this team can be beat deep and sucked in on play action. Mixing it up and given this team a dose of run can also pay off. Alverez had a month to get his game plan in place, Gus had all season. Ohio state blew up the game plan in the championship game and I think Wisky is second guessing who they are. Given the ball to Melvin 45 times may help but I would have to think Auburn is ready for that game plan. Tigers pumped and ready are too fast outside and too strong inside. Ohio states speed hurt Wisky. If you don't get into a street fight then I don't think Wisky keeps up.

Small play on the Under here 66

Minny (+6.5) over Mizzou
Let's talk about wanting to be in a bowl. The gophers are on top of the moon to be in this game. The gophers are a solid team but Mizzou has the edge in talent. I have watch Mizzou look good and terrible all season. When it's going it's going well. When it is stalling it's down right ugly. My worry is are the gophers just happy to be there. Looking at Mizzou they are coming off a beating in the SEC championship game. They bring a solid defensive front that should cause Minny trouble. Of late Minny has been stronger running and the QB can scramble. Truthfully I like this game on emotion alone. These Gophers believe in the game plan, the coach and each other. If they come out they could pull off the win. Still I like them to grind and keep it close. If Mizzou goes up on the board early I might be in trouble.

Baylor (-3) over Michigan St
The mighty spartan defense. Looking at this game I have to look at how MSU struggled against Oregon and Ohio st. They have difficulty playing defense against a mobile QB. Petty can move and I think he will have to be impressive with his legs today. Not putting it past MSU because they are very well coached but I have a hard time thinking the pace of Baylors offense won't be too much for them. Baylor falls in the same category as TCU. If they are motivated offensively they should score in bunches. What helps baylor is quick routes. Force MSU to go laterally defensively and then tucked them out to go over the top. MSU passing goes through Cook and Lipett. I don't think Baylor is a defensive poster but they have enough to slow those players down. Art Briles showed emotion at the end of the season and his team can go one way or the other. I know your going to get a solid game from MSU. Baylor can be down right unstoppable if they choose to execute. Looking to the bears offensive to string out MSU. Looking for the bears speed across the board to hurt MSU. Looking for the defense to make enough stops to get the lead going and make MSU have to pass to compete which is not the type of game MSU wants to get in. Fast fast and faster.

UNDER 70 as well.
