Another exhibition season is here. For those that remember I concentrate very heavily on the first couple of weeks. That is where the information is the strongest. Later in the month teams are getting to regular lineups and rotations and the edges are smaller. I know many people don't play the exhibition season but I find information edges and long term that has worked for me. Information does not always win but at least I have an edge and hopefully that edge is enough. I will always try to list the information I have.

Thursday
Detroit -120 Tigers are going with their projected opening day starting lineup. Pitching rotation has Cornejo, Robertson, Yan, Prieto and Rodney. I like all the starters and most of the good pitchers plus their closer going. Montreal has no Vidro, Everett, Johnson or Cabrera. They do have Ohka but I like my lineup edges and I like Detroit's pitchers today.
Arizona -130 Diamondbacks are going with Johnson, Reynolds, Rodriguez, Gonzalez and Mantei. I like the rotation - Johnson always worries me in exhibition but he needs a strong start. All starters are playing for AZ. White Sox are going with Wright, Cotts, Santiago and rookies. Also no Ordonez and no Thomas.
I like the pitching edges and lineup edges that AZ gets. Very similiar to the above play.
Last year leans did as well as full plays so I will again list those.
Milwaukee -110 Brewers going with Franklin, Capuano and not much else but all starters are going. A's are missing Chavez, Hatteberg, Kotsay and Miller. They are going with Redman, Rhodes, Mecir and others. Just going with the lineup edge here as a lean.
Kansas City Even - Royals going with Anderson, Gobble, Sullivan, Field. Rangers have Dickey and Callaway. Royals have the pitching edge here and the Royals lineup is loaded. Small lean to Kansas City.
