I was at the last game these guys played.. Geo won 73-69..this was the game..hold it..let me get the program that I take notes throughout the game..." Simonds says to his asst coach " I'm tired of your shit" during a timeout when Simonds refuses to be in the huddle in a timeout.. Then Simonds stands up and motions for a throwdown with the asst coach...Hunter takes him out out when the asst tells him he was just threatened...Tx scores and Hunter puts him back in..what I didn't realized was the Simonds played 37 minutes in that game,,...so he was only benched 3 minutes...Panthers won despite Simonds only scoring 7 points but he a few blocked shots and had 12-13 rebounds..the asst coach either made up with Simonds or was fired...not sure because since that game in San Marcus Simonds has scored 28,18,28, and 21...these are my notes from the game..I mean no disrespect describing some players only so I can remember them...Benlevi a 6'6 fd with great range and great form on shooting 3's..Kane Williams..nappy hairdo,skinny 6'3 attacks the hoop on every play...Mitchell a 6'4 skinny gd with a 60's hairdo can shoot with range..just got back from being injured....2nd best player on the team...Wilson a big gd.. no post players,no inside offense...very athletic team.. Simonds is a big time player..head case...frowns puts his hands on his hips...when he doesn't get the ball pouts...but so athletic..can jump out of the gym...has a nice long range shot..saw him last yr when he hit 20 vs Tex....Tyson at 6'9 gets a tech when he tells ref you suck after blocking a shot,.. that was his 4th foul and the tech was his 5th..he didn't realize he was out of the game...Simonds got into a scuffle with Perason and Pearson was ejected and didn't play in the 2nd half..or a lot of time...so even though Geo won by 3 Tx's best player wasn't on the court...if he wasn't ejected think Bobcats win that game...anyway thay would be a good reason to play the Bobcats tonite..just think Simonds woke up and over all they have the better talent..but Bobcats have the better coach by far...

NT is not blowing out teams..they just beat Rice by 1...going up to Denton for Saturdays game vs Mid Tenn...
UTSA -8 over Char **
Char can't score or play defense...Roadrunners are home and despite losing a few in a row and putting them back on earth...Wallace had 33 the other nite...now him and Jivvann have to get their act together..what better team to do that to then Char.

Zaga -21 over Santa Clara *****
Zaga is loaded...they played them 3 weeks ago and won 89-66..Hachi,Norvell,Clarke,and Perkins a super pt gd...and one of their best players Tillie at 6'10 didn't play 3 weeks ago..ouch...Zaga has dominated this matchup since the Lewis and Clarke days... SC has a great player in Eaddy..the line they use is " makin'it look Eaddy"...but that ain't happening tonite
