Need a little help on CFL preview for 2014. What about Ottawa?

How well did they do in expansion draft? Is their roster respectable? Or do u expect them to be fodder for a few years?

Well they are around 21-1 odds to win it all this year so that tells you something. In my opinion I think Ottawa will win around 6-7 games this year. They have a roster with a bunch of guys that have a ton of CFL experience so that says a lot. Do I think they will go winless and get blown out by 50 every week, no, no I don't, but we shall see. I think they will be competitive and might even pull off one or two big upsets this season.

Of course who knows what is going to happen, maybe they don't win a game, but I think they will do just fine this season.

Henry Burris at QB should be able to steal some wins.

OK. Burris was playing for the Bears, early 2000s. Burris was 4th-string QB, forced into action b/c of injuries.

Henry didn't do too well in NFL. Only reason to watch the game was to see the side/total result. Game is coming down to the wire. Bears actually score, making score very close to the total, late in the game.

Al Michaels had a great call. 2-pt conversion would have pushed the game Over. Al always had a knack of giving subtle hints on the gambling angle. Like "Now it's REALLY over!"

Burris drops back, short-hops the WR, incomplete. Al: "Burris UNDER-throws it."

Pretty funny. Guess u had to be there.
