Blazers -5 (bought down the 1/2, No Chandler, No Melo and No Stoudamire, so why not take the Knicks tonight? Listen to what Chandler said on ESPN last night in interview and know why I am backing the Blazers - beat down vs Nuggets and fading down the stretch vs young, energetic team at home, Lilliard lights up Knicks for 40, Blazers 101 Knicks 70)

Mavs +9 1/2 (bought the hook up, Spurs may or may not have Dunc tonight, also Splitter with an ailment, he'll probably play, but won't be 100%, Like the Mavs getting pts in SA, Mavs 107 Spurs 104)

i second that -what did he say?

lillard is nice player so far eh

This is the short version of what he said, the question was asked about team to him from ESPN basketball analyst, he stated, "During a timeout, it's ok to call each other out, but when one person is doing all the calling out, that doesn't make good chemistry" he didn't use anyone's name and he has been the leader of this team. It seems like finger pointing is going on and a cancer in that team has taken over, and now without everyone together, it's going to make it tough for the Knicks down the stretch to make the post-season after a terrific start of the year, beating Miami twice and by big numbers, only to fall where they are now, especially with the unlucky breaks of injuries. When Stoudamire came back, he accepted his role and made a very good contribution and when Melo starting getting more touches than what he was getting early in the season, the team started to dwindle, lackluster "D", etc., the two games without Melo before his return is when Chandler made the statement and with him back in the lineup vs Denver last night, smiling at the fans with all the booing and hissing, etc., Melo pulled himself out with reaggrevating his knee which he has to have drained basically to get onto the court.

Knicks basically are a mess right now and last team that Woodson coached with Atlanta, had some chemistry problems going into the 2nd half of the season after All-Star break. Seems like a repeat occurence and not much depth to get the Knicks out of this funk.

That's all!! Hope this helps!
