1)Youngstown State(+5)
Yes, Youngstown State is 0-10 on the road this year...........so WHY has this line dropped as the day has progressed? That alone should make you go hmmmmmmmmm?????

Cleveland State is just 4-5 S/U at home and have lost 7 straight. In the last 5 games for each team, Youngstown State is actually better in OFG%, 3 Pt%, boards, DFG% and free throws.

In what is likely to be a low scoring affair, I'll take the generous 5 points. This is a gift.

2)Temple(+7)
OK, you tell me, why is a 7-12 team only a 7 point underdog to a 17-3 team?

It's because Temple is the right side tonight. They are much better than their 7-12 record indicates and are playing their best ball of the season, winning 4 of their last 5. .

This is a heated rivalry where W/L records can be thrown out anyway. I'll take the dog here.

More coming..............

3)Loyola-Chicago(+5)
Butler is 6-3 S/U on the road, but Loyola is a sparkling 6-1 S/U at home..........5-0-1 ATS if you wish.

Loyola Chicago has played very well of late, clamping down on the more important defensive side of the game, giving up just 63.7 pts/gm in their last 6 games, compared to their full season average of 75.9. When you consider that their opponent tonight is really a defence first team...........and they are getting 5 points at home.........this is a solid play.

Add in the fact that Loy-Chic is 6-2 ATS in the last 8 vs Butler and that most key statistical categories...............to my surprise.........are almost even.......and the pick has to be the home underdog in this one.

4)Boise State(+14)
This one falls into my "Just too many points" parameter.

The Broncos are 3-5 S/U on the road, but a fine 6-1 ATS away from home. The Tulsa Hurricanes are 6-3 S/U at home, but just 1-7 ATS there.

There is a slight advantage to Tulsa when studying the stats, but Defensive FG%........my most important stat.........is basically even.

I'll gladly take the 14 points in this one and watch the game go down to the last minute.

Still looking at the late games..............
