Boston College +9.5

Virginia Tech's strength (run offense) is Boston College's strength (run defense). Boston College's strength (pass offense) is Virginia Tech's weakness (pass defense). Both teams have had two weeks to prepare for this game. I think this favors the home dog. The Hokies have won 6 in a row against the Eagles, so Boston College should be out for revenge tonight. Also, Virginia Tech will be without its starting place kicker tonight.

Minnesota -16

The Gophers are just too balanced on offense for Northwestern's defense. Northwestern is allowing an average of 43.6 points on the road this season. Ouch! There is a slight possibility that Minnesota will overlook Northwestern with Michigan State on the schedule next week, but since the Gophers have lost to Northwestern the past two years, I think they will send a loud and clear message tonight.

Good luck!
:D

:nono:

I don't play totals in football anymore. Actually, I feel stronger about BC than I do Minnesota. There is no way I'm backing out on my Boston College play. The Eagles will give the Hokies fits tonight. Good luck!

How will Northwestern stop Minnesota on the ground??

As I cap this game, I just see the Gophers being able to run all over the Wildcats. I am leaning towards Minny.

 :)

Minnesota will do whatever it wants on offense. Passing and/or running, the Gophers will put up a lot of points. The question is, will Minnesota play with the same intensity on the defensive end? I think it will. Good luck!

Hi guys, I'm new to the site and I have already gathered a lot of information from the regular posters. I was just wondering if any of had an explanation as to why tonight's total in the BC-Va. Tech game has moved from 42.5 to 46.5.

Good luck to everybody tonight.

Todd

Boston College +2 (2nd half)

The Eagles dominated the first half. They should be winning this football game. How many times can a team shoot itself in the foot? The punt return before halftime was the shot in the arm Boston College needed. Good luck!
