1) Penn State(+3)
I see a distinct size advantage for the Lions, not to mention that 11 of the 14 roster spots for South Carolina are either freshmen or sophmores. It will take some time for that team to gel.
2) Rider(+13.5)
Rider is a very athletic team that can score a lot of points. I think this line is skewed by a big name school (North Carolina State) from a big basketabll conference (ACC) playing against a not so big name school.
