Total has dropped a lot due to the high winds which I think may actually hurt the under. Neither of these teams throw deep much anyway so I don't think it will affect the offenses that badly. As we saw last night the wind can cause muffed kicks and poor punts, also less FG attempts. I know Perry is out but he wasn't running that well anyway with his ankle problems so I don't see it hurting their offense. Both defenses have some playmakers so I think there will be some turnovers and big plays and like the over at the low number.
