Dag yo!! I missed Day 2 of the playoffs. So far though Ive gone 2-1. Hey, I also wanna clear something up. When a batter is at the plate he isnt thinking of swinging at what he may think is a strike (over the plate). He's up there lookin for something to hit, not thinkin bout swinging at a ball or a strike, just looking for something good to hit. If he thinks he can hit it, then he'll swing at it. Aiiiight...now onto the picks!!
For NL it's STL @ ARZ
Starters are Chuck Finley 4.15 ERA against Curt Schilling 3.23 ERA -- Gametime is 4pm EST. Once again, I'll be goin with St.Louis to take this game. I never thought the best of Mr.Finley but he's come around and shown he's got skillz! When he was with Cleveland it was the lack of run support that gave him so many losses. St.Louie bats are still hot!!! And so is Curt Schillings 94mph fastball. Schilling is definately gonna try to bring the heat this game, but I still dont think it'll be enough cuz he'll lack run support. Curt Schillings 2 starts against STL in last years playoffs were losses. He had a 7.71 ERA over 14 innings pitched.

Starters are Kirk Rueter 3.23 ERA against Kevin Millwood 3.24 ETA -- Gametime is 8pm EST. As some of you know, Greg Maddux will be sitting out this game due to a blister and will most likely start game 3 of this series. What a opener for this series!! Glavine was totally off!
Well hopefully Millwood will be able to step up and shut SF down!!! Im goin with ATL for this game b/c oh Millwood, he's been havin a good season. Kirk Reuter, to me is a fluke! Yeah I said fluke!! Well he aint a total fluke but he is somewhat of a let down at times and has gone 1-3 with a 5.70 ERA at Turner Field. This game will prove no different, it'll be a pitchers duel, lets see who comes out on top. Go ATLANTA Go!!
