NC State always finds a way to win at home and should be able to do so again in this one. Still, the Wolfpack can not hang with the nation's best teams because Rivers does not have the complement of a solid defense. Although Whitehurst will not make things easy on Thursday, the Tigers will likely fall to .500 for the season. thus i am going with the Over in this game
