*-The Merrimack Warriors sit atop the Northeast Conference @ 9-1 while the Knights of Fairleigh Dickinson are 4-6 in Conference play. Ironically, the Warriors are 9-1 & the Knights are 4-6 in their last 10 games as well. These too played a couple of weeks ago(1/23/2020) @ the Merrimack Athletic Complex in North Andover, Massachusetts. It was a thrilling "Double" overtime contest w/the Warriors coming out on top 74-71. A few things I considered when capping this affair:
The Warriors are 4th in the nation in turnover margin & steals
The Warriors Javaris Hayes(G) leads the Nation in steals
The Warriors lead the Northeast Conference in scoring defense allowing just 60.7PPG
The Warriors are 5-0ATS in their last 5 Road Games
The Warriors are 15-8SU & 14-8ATS this Season
The Warriors have won 8 Games in a row(7-1ATS)
The Knights are just 6-15SU & 8-12ATS this Season
The Knights are 0-6ATS in their last 6 Games as a Home Dog (Line Opened w/Merrimack a 1-point favorite)
Even though this Game is being played @ Rothman Arena in Teaneck, New Jersey I'll take the Conference leading Merrimack Warriors Pick'em against the Fairleigh Dickinson Knights in my Northeast Conference GOY!!!
