Hello everyone. A nice day yesterday going 2-0 + 10.00 units. With only a few games left in the regular season, and almost everything already decided, we have to be very careful on who we're putting our money on, as virtually noone has anything to play for, and you just don't know how teams will react, or if they'll even show up. With that said, I am playing on two teams in the NL Central that definately still have something to play for, and will be trying very hard to win their remaining games. Today, I am going to parlay Houston Astros/Chicago Cubs. Just a note, I'm not telling anyone to bet on the Detroit Tigers, it is not a game I'm playing myself, however, I would use caution if you're planning to bet against them the rest of the way. Just look at what they've been doing the last few games. Unlike Minnesota, who is already in the postseason, and can't catch the Yankees for home field advantage, they're merely interested in being healthy for the postseason. Detroit on the other hand, does have something to play for, they will no doubt be trying as hard as they can to win. The 1962 Mets have had to live with the distinction of being the worst team in the history of MLB, they are the answer to a trivia question, it couldn't have been easy for all these years, dealing with that, the Mets would love nothing more than Detroit to put an end to their long suffering, on the other hand, Detroit wants know part of that record, and forever being remembered in that way. Take it for what it's worth, Detroit will be trying as hard as they can to win, but that doesn't mean they will, there may be better games on the board than this one to put your money on. The NL Central is very exciting, and the Playoffs are right around the corner. Choose wisely. Good Luck with whatever you decide.
