How about them Hoosiers!!!!

I have a little 100 to win 4000 on them to win the Big 10 Tourn. I don't think they will do it, but hell...with this league being as poor as it has this year and playing 45 minutes from home....why not take those odds??? I think they match up pretty good with the Illini, so my fingers will remain crossed and I will continue to say my prayers!

Oh, I almost forgot with all my excitement from the victory....

3-0 so far today for +9 UNITS:) :D   :grins: :jump:

Still wainting on the Orangemen!

I will be back soon with the rest.

Thanks countinguy and lowell. Lowell, I have actually played against them a couple of times as well this year. Today's plays on them were based more against Ohio State then for IU and taking into consideration the Home Court advantage IU had being played in INDY.

Can't wait to see what the line will be for the Illini game.

ADDING TODAY:

Depaul -6 3 units (bought point)

BYU -8 2 units

Against the 3 illini gives up 33.8% on the year 32.1% on the road BUT 41.1 % in their last 5 games. They will be going into the game on a hell of win streak but 1-4 ATS in the last 5 and won only by 1 over Ohio State last time out and by only 2 over Purdue the game before that. They beat the Hoosiers by 2 on Feb 3rd in Bloomington and have won 3 in a row vs. Indiana and 4 of the last 5, BUT IU has covered ATS in the last 2 and 3 of the last 4. I am guessing the line will probably be somewhere between 4-6 for the Illini.

Great question Lowell! They haven't covered ATS in a single game that they shot BELOW 30% from 3 point range. In 10 of their 14 SU losses they shot 30% or below from beyond the arc. In all their ATS wins they shot at least 31%. Before today's game they were only shooting 26.5 from 3 in their last 5 games while the illini shot an impressive 41% in their last 5. The biggie though is overall shot percentages (Ind 38.3 last 5 before today, Illinois 51.5)

If Indiana can win the turnover battle and outrebound the Illini they will win. That is unless they shoot like they did in their last 5 before the tourn. In all their losses they have lost one or the other (TO's or Reb). They will have to defend the 3 like they did last time vs. Illinois (gave up 12%) I think they will outrebound them! So as long as they don't shoot below 30% from 3 and can shoot somewhere around 45% from the field they can pull out the SU win. A LOT OF IF'S THOUGH! Davis is a good tournament coach, moye a good leader and you have to think Bracey is getting some confidence back. Saying all that, we still lack talent and depth and man.....as much as I was inspired by the play of Tapak and Johnson today, if we have to rely on them in the game together tomorrow Illinois will have a HUGE advantage in team quickness and speed!

Who knows, I will spend a great deal on the game tonight, but have to focus on tonights games first. I will also get some insight on the teams' mood this evening.

Wow, I am watching Cuse and BC so I had no idea. That is an amazing stat! You gotta love tournament baskeball. The thing is he is drawing fouls and hitting his free throws.....oh and 13 boards is very helpful too....

Tonights games:

Virginia -3 5 units (bought point)
Bama -2 5 units (bought point)

Wash -4 3 units (bought point)

Leaning but still looking at Prov., UNLV, Boise and Temple. Passed on Duquesne which was an original lean and OKL due to Brown and Bookout out. They really lack size now.
