As far as the total is concerned, as long as the game goes the full 9 innings, it is official even if it is called in extras.
I would assume all action on the ML would be refunded. RL wagers generally follow the same 9-inning rule as totals, so AL +1.5 should be graded a winner. Oh well....:shrug:

And I would assume a 2-team parlay consisting of a total and a side obviously cannot revert to a 1 game parlay so its no action right?
no it would be a stright bet on the total hope you had the over if not you lost. but if you did you win
