This one has an 8 cent difference between exchanges. Is that normal? Why would people buy at HitBTC when they can get at EtherDelta for 8 cents less?

I haven't bought any yet. Puzzled by the price difference on the two exchanges. I'm not going to keep it on EtherDelta. So I have no idea right now what i'm gonna do.
