Time limit on free throws?

Isn't there a certain amount of time that a player must shoot a free throw within after the ref gives him the ball? Ibaka took at least 12 seconds on his 2nd free throw at the 2:58 point in the 1st quarter. Just wondering what the time limit is. And no, I don't have $0.01 on this game.

After watching stupid Yankee hitters step out after every pitch and adjust their equipment this afternoon, 12 seconds seems like a very minor concern.

I wasnt watching the game but you only
have 10 seconds to shot a FT.... once the Ref
gives ya the ball
