Tipping on curbside pickup and carryout

Always unsure of whether to tip/amount for curbside, and don't leave a tip for carryout.

I usually don't on carry out, 5-10% on curbside, and if my meal is good and the waitress/er is good 20%+ on eating in.

Usually every day at lunch we carry out. Pizza, subs, Stromboli, McDonalds rarely, soup and sandwiches, Subway, and we have a few small mom and pop places. Our local grocery store has a pretty good salad bar- it's a make your own salad kind of thing. Sometimes on rare occasions when he doesn't like to cook steak, taters, and scallops on a Friday or Saturday night we order curbside from Applebee's, and we go out to eat sometimes. It's a wonder I am as thin as I am for what I can eat. Last night it was Sirloin, lobster tail and mashed taters from Ruby Tuesdays, then we played glow ball at 9pm. That was pretty fun. One of us cooks supper most nights of the week.
