I'm expecting the total to be 16. If so, I'm dumping more on the Over. Will consider Tenn as a small fav (<3) too.
I think one of the most glaring things I have seen in the first half is that due to the cold......it is very difficult for these guys to kickoff and punt, so it is giving the teams great field position. If the other team can convert in the second half the over should be easy......

what makes you think that tennessee wont score but a field goal in the second half? Looks to me that they are moving the ball with ease, just cant punch it in.

HAD TENN+3 1ST HALF AND SHOULD HAVE CAME EASY OVER 10 MIN WITH THE BALL IN THE 2ND AND INSIDE THE 30 TWICE AND COME UP EMPTY CMON.TAKIN TENN +1 .SEEM TO BE MOVIN BALL MORE CONSISTENTLY.

Riding with over 17 - this wind is giving them both great field position - who knows maybe we'll even get some more OT action.
