First thing I "notice" on a woman is her hands. To me, nothing sexier than long, manicured, well-painted fingernails....preferably dark reds, blues, purples.

Agree with Kotysdad. Always look at a woman's hands. If they are manicured and taken care of, that is a sign that she also keeps her nether regions trim and manicured as well.
