Great writeups as usual, however your comment about the "2-pt conversion" is confusing. I am sure you are aware that teams get only 1 point for the conversion, but your statement seems to suggest they get 2 points, unless I am reading it wrong.

Thanks for all of your hard work!

No 2-point conversion as of yet, But Vince said the "rules can change at anytime" Not having the 2-point conversion hurt Birmingham last week.

think what Nolan's getting at here is that 7 is a key number because getting the extra point has to come from a "two-point conversion" play, and so it's not a virtual lock as it is with the kick in the NFL.
kick my ass if I'm wrong Nolan, apologise for jumping in.

Of course you are right.

I did not explain myself very well in the write-up.

What I mean, just as Anders was pointing out, was that you need TWO SCORES to account for the seven points. I mistakenly called it a two-point conversion, which is a misnomer.

I hope the point is clear that a 7 point line in the XFL is very close in value to an 8 point line in the NFL. Point clear?

Thanks for giving me the chance to set this straight.

Nolan when you think about it. At least myself. That extra point is going to fail 50%of the time. Well maybe I can't say they for we do not have enough data yet. But if it is so. Then +9 is almost as good as +10 is in the NFL.
