To Risk or to Win?

I have always bet "to risk", but apparently everyone else on the planet bets "to win". Can someone please explain to me why it is better to bet "to win"?

The only difference is you're either paying juice when you win or when you lose. I always thought the idea of losing juice on a loss just adds insult to injury. Am I wrong? :shrug:

I hate losing........I always bet according the the exposure I want to have to a loss........it's nice to win but you always know the possibility is there that you wont.......it's exposure to risk for me
