Today in the NFL

Had a very good day yesterday hitting all my plays.If form holds true should lose all my winnings today.

Colts+7(-130)...A trend that I picked up states that home favorites that are off a 1 point loss are 14-36 ATS since 1985.NO lost last week 28-27.Also NO is 4-7 SU & ATS at home under present coach,while Cots are 6-1 ATS as away dog in last 7.Not impressed with NO,especially at pass defense.

GB-9(-130)....Not crazy about laying big points in NFL but feel that this is a good play.Atl. pass defense is 30th in league & are 3-8 ATS in last 11 on grass.Even though this could be a flat spot for GB,after winning a big game last week vs. Chicago,I expect GB to control the game from start to finish.

Probably talking to myself here but will add one more play:

Miami-4(-120)....It seems that every one is betting the Jets & I can't blame them since the Jets over the years have been a great road dog.However,Miami is a strong home team as they are 7-3 ATS at home.Their defense usually plays very well at home as witnessed by them allowing 12 FD's,215 ypg,& 10.3 ppg at home.These points seem very attractive considering IMO Miami is a better team.

Adding one more:

Dallas +8.5.....Will take the points with the home dog in this bitter rivalry.Phil is 2-10 ATS as road chalk of 3 or more points,while Dallas is 11-3 ATS as home dogs.

Nice work yesterday! I don't watch games much until the end of the night, hope your plays are going well.

Really wanted to play Miami, felt it was a good play. Just chickened out.
