I know that Dungy didn't get it done in Tampa, but the way the ownership has treated him the last week has been terrible. I would have thought that they would have at least waited until the season was over before they started the whole Parcel's thing. I really think that this treatment had a lot to do with the way the team played or didn't play. No respect at all for a guy that overall has done a pretty fair job.

My feeling is that this team has many oppurtunities to save his job and they have not stepped up. 3 Offensive coordinators in three years and the same plays being called. He is too damn conservative and that is the bottom line. I am a huge buc fan and I watched every minute of every game this year. I can't even remember 3 times where they through the ball into the endzone. They always throw short and hope they can run in after the catch. If you think the Bucs are going to run they do, they never mix it up and challenge Defensive Coordinators. Good riddance to a great guy but terrible head coach!

Smashmouth, you took the words right out of my mouth. How can you have an offense where Keyshawn catches over 100 passes, yet only only one is for a td? It is simple. Never through for the end zone and run or pass short in red zone. The offense is still the responsibility of the head coach and theirs is among the most unimaginative ever seen. With potential game breakers like Warrick Dunn and Keyshawn Johnson, the Bucs tend to build their game plan around Mike Alstott and conservative play calling. Dungy was a great coordinator, but not so as head coach.
