Just wanted to comment on my home team here on how well they have been playing!!! Just wanted some opinions that if this team made the playoffs how far would they go?? Spurs are Duncanless...I think they could hang with SEA, SUNS and the rest of the big boys in a series with the way they are playing right now. The chemisty is just SOLID and BDavis has made all the difference in the world for this club this season.....just too damn bad this run started so late. They've had the talent for some time, but the chemisty and the point guard play was just not there and now it's there with full force and it's showing!! Great to see these guys playing competitive with the big boys....maybe next year????

Just hope that Davis somehow stays healthy next year. If the injury bug hits, their late season resurgence might not have been a good thing, as they are climbing the lottery pick ladder and won't have as a good of a chance to get a high lottery pick.

Most entertaining team in the league to watch though as this point and Oakland Coliseum is rocking for the first time in ages.

been following this team for a few years now (got to love direct tv)baron davis fits this team like a glove.i hope they pay him!!this team has always had lots of talent and still does, they just never had a point guard since tim.h to be a general on the floor. people will know who j.r. is real soon.got to agree with soul train on this one,he is very underrated(for now}.

Since the trade for Davis I have bet them almost every game. I don't know if you read my post at the time of the trade but I said it was time to make money with them. What they lacked wasn't a point guard (they had some pretty good ones) but leadership with a winning mentality. That's what Davis brings plus being a pretty damn good pg. If they can keep this team together they should do just fine next year. The draft isn't as important to this team as you might think. They have the talent in place. What they are doing now is proving to these kids that they can play with anyone. That will carry over to next year and a winning mentality is half the battle.

If Davis gets the injury bug next season and they end-up with a late lottery pick as opposed to a Top 5 pick, then the draft is definitely going to mean something to them.

One thing to rememmber is the Coach... Montgomery has them playing hard and even earlier in the year when they were losing... they were fouling until the end..... just a good mindset.... change the culture and you change the outlook.... look at the Kings... used to be a perenial loser.... until they changed the culture, Adelman came in and made it work with a god set of players... I think you have the same thing here....
