Top Atheists Countries on Earth, and World Wide Percentage

First off let it be said that it is very difficult to come up with accurate numbers (for a variety of reasons), but with that said, here are the Top 6 Countries in the World with the highest percentage of Atheists...


1. Sweden
2. Vietnam
3. Denmark
4. Norway
5. Japan
6. Canada

Note: USA is 24th....According to the CIA (2022 stats) 7.9 percent of the US population identifies as Atheist


The Worldwide numbers fluctuate (pretty much impossible to get an accurate number for many different reasons) the percent of the Earth population that identifies as Atheist is somewhere around 20 percent. It is worth noting that 50 years ago that number was around 5 percent.
