Let's get it started.... Thurs 9-3

Not sure what HSF is going to look like this season.... At least here in Cali... So much is unknown.

I typically like to watch and see how things progress in CFB in the opening weeks. This whole Season just feels weird. I have no idea how some of these young athletes will play and I wonder how much lack of bodies in the seats will play out. But I guess on the flip side, perhaps the lack of fans will calm some of these younger QBs down?

With that in mind, I'm looking at tonight's So Alabama/S Miss game. Here we have a young QB (Soph) starting for Jags. I went to look at some tape for late last season when he took over. He doesn't sit really well in the pocket, but has some nice legs. Expect we will see some Option and Draw this evening. I read that Trotter has efficiency issues for when pressured. He had a high rate of rushing last year and I expect So Miss will try and put pressure on him from the get go.

So Miss QB (Sr) J Abraham was 35th in passing success in 2019. However, Golden Eagles had one of smallest yds per attempt in the country. This translates to the dink and dunk. Abraham also had accuracy issues with a 14 to 10 TD - INT ratio.

Both teams ranked 99th and 116 in Off Success. I think we could see a smaller number and think scoring opps may be few.

I played Under 28 (1st Half) (8 u). I just think asking both QBs to be offensive dynamos but think the 1st H Under is the value.

Hey hawkeye, good luck this year and almost time for some cool temps and big red wine weather instead of summer Pinot's.

I don't see how you pushed your Southern Miss under 10.5 FQ when 13 were scored? I lost it and just following for fun. Thanks for the South Alabama pick, and I am on the MTSU but have 24' instead of 26'. I know you said it went up, but do you not bet when you type it in here? I know you do on WNCAA because you always have great lines.

If you noticed my post that I said the line went up to 13 way before the game started then that is the number I eventually played. gl
Been drinking some Syrahs and Petite Sarahs lately. Got a bottle of Tempranillo for tonite.

OK, but it is two different days. So from now on I will know when you post early in a week, it is a play you like but not playing that number, you will wait until gameday to wager the game. Why would you not take Tennessee St. Team total when 26' that same day and now you lost 2 points and are getting 24? Makes no sense but I got it now. I have misunderstood for quite some time. I thought by your post you wagered it liking the hook, so I blindly followed that number.

Petiti Syrahs are hidden gems, but one of my favorite grapes is tempranillo in Spanish Riojas. Sometimes fruit forward, but later gets very earthy the older the bottle. One of the most beautiful sights is the tempranillo vines which the leaves turn bright bright red and absolutely beautiful, unlike most vines that don't. Enjoy it.

After watching the 1st 2 games today lack of fans is not going to effect play as much as lack of spring ball and practices will.
