Baked our pies and dressing today. Tomorrow popping a$60 bottle of wine to sip on all day while the turkey gets done. Cheers!

Largo--Reds only, Favorite winery is Bedrock in Sonoma. Today Bedrock Oakville Farmhouse Red. Like Red Car wines also from Sonoma. Willimaette Valley Winery is in Oregon and their wines are good especially their cluster on Pinot Noirs. I belong to 5 wine clubs from wineries only. The kind where I can order what I want and don't have to order anything if I don't want too. Colorado is developing some good wines now.
A friend referred me to a winery Thomas Winery in Carlton, OR. The guys runs it all himself-plants, prunes, picks, ferments, bottles, sells everything himself. All Pinot Noirs. Lucky I got on his list and will receive 6 bottles 1st week in December-very rare stuff and $70-85 a bottle can't wait to try it.
