I haven't seen much discussion regarding the totals on todays games. Any reason not to lean to the unders? seems like these games are going to be pretty tight.

thanks.

most of the totals i have capped have been pretty much on the money...i had the memphis total at 149...the indy game i have around 134.. last 10 games 135...but the D steps up in the post season and they have been playing a lot of ball..so a jump shot here or there that would normally be an easy bucket isnt anymore...so im a little weary with the totals this time of year...but i see the Indy game is at 131 Local in Boston ...
so i may give the over a shot...

the mizzu game i have a big discrepancy in the numbers....for the season Road games i have a total around 143...for the last 10 games i have the game capped at 148 a 5 point swing...it seems the "public" or whoever likes the over as the line has moved a point to 145.5 local... i may give the over a shot in this one to...

but again ..the D should be tighter and the fatigue can certainly be a factor right now....regardless i dont see the numbers being to far off... i dont think you can make a bad bet on either the over/under in either game..and those are just my numbers ..so any insight or perspective is welcome...good luck.. cooz

P.S. usually if i think a game is going to be a close call..i usually lean towards the over..b/c of the fouls and free throws that will make an easy under turn into a loss...see the Memphis game earlier

I like the Mizzou/OU game under. I think that OU's quickness on defense will make it tough for Mizzou to get buckets in the half court set. My only worry is that Mizzou will probably try to get out and run a little to overcome OU's D.
Either way, I see this game as having lots of turnovers. Mizzou doesn't take care of the ball very well, may be a sloppy one.

Riding Mizzou/Oklahoma 1H total. Jumped 1.5 pts to 69.5. Look for both teams to come out with alot of intensity. No feeling out process like in yesterday's games. These teams are very familiar with each other.

OVER 69.5 1H

Thanks cooz. So far it's looking good. 25 pts scored thru the first 5 minutes. Both teams are attacking the basket. Let's hope they don't go into some kind of halfcourt trance later on.

Thanks Gecko, you couldn't have posted that 2 minutes earlier before I opened my big mouth:( .

That over is looking pretty good though. OU is on fire. 10 minutes in they were shooting almost 60%. I was right about the turnovers though, just wrong about the pace.

Sorry about that Genius. Actually I just played it at the time I posted it. Noticed the line movement several minutes before it went off the board, but that last minute 1 pt jump convinced me. Actually, the game may still finish under, so don't fret. Sure, both teams were hot, but there was a long stretch where both teams stepped up defensively and buckets and even FT's didn't come easy. 1H total will probably end up at around 72/7. Lotsa fouls being called. It certainly helped that both teams were in the bonus early on.

Yeah, its gonna be close on the total. Nice call on that first half over. OU can't keep shooting like this the whole game.
Oklahoma

45% overall
Mizzou
