Anyone else feel like this is a good play? Charlotte is just terrible. They haven't covered a spread last 7 games and are just getting completely blown out. Portland has been playing decent ball, and has actually covered last 4x's out. Portland still in the hunt for a playoff spot and this is the last night of their homestand. I just see blood in the water here. Anyone else feel like this is blowout city?
