I've watched this team (Detroit) alot and I feel for the player's on this team. Believe it or not they have not quit,and they do derserve to be branded as the worse team in baseball history. They have been in several of the ball games they have lost,either with the lead,tied, or 1 run down late in the game. Like to day for instance, 2 run's down in the 8th, the first 2 men get base hit's. so 2 on, no out. What does Tramell do? Bunt them over? NO. He pinch hit's for a guy that can handle the bat for a guy to try and win it with one swing, who in turn,swing's at ball 4 and ground's into a double play.:shrug: . Now Guess what the next guy does, he come's up and get's a hit that would have tied the game. There really is no excuse for some of the coaching decision's he has made. They have 15 hit's today, 15.................and the Angel's have commited 3 error's, and they are still going to lose this game. That folk's is nothing short of amazing and quite frankly ridiculous...........................this is 2 day's in a row that coaching has cost this team. I can't tell you how many other time's I've seen this with this team this year. It's a shame they have to play for this LOSER, He does deserve the record.

Agree 100 percent. He is terrible. I obviously am a huge royals fan and therefore was watching the tiger twin series a week or two ago very closely. His managing in two of those games cost his team any chance to win.
