is it possible?

I have a photo in my saved photographs folder in my computer. I want to take it from my computer to the camera's memory stick to have it printed.

Not sure, but you can use a free file hosting service like snapfish.com and then pay for the prints. I feel like their prices are pretty reasonable (something like .18c per print) and the pictures I have gotten have been good quality.

Though I don't think I've ever actually done it, it's possible with my camera. I have a Canon, but more importantly I use software that came with it called Zoom Browser EX. It has both Download and Upload options. Just tried plugging the camera in and it looked pretty basic & easy to do.

Do a search within your software for "upload". If you don't have these capabilities, I don't know if you can get this software for free anywhere, but anyways, you know it IS technically possible to do.

don't places like walgreens and wal*mart make prints off of CD's also? i would think it would be easier to burn it to a CD or save it on a pen drive (if they make prints off of those) than to try to upload it to a digital card.

What you ask is certainly possible.

Connect your camera to your PC with a standard USB cable and it will read like an external storage drive. Copy the files to the camera's memory chip and you're good.

I agree with Saint, SnapFish is an excellent hosting site for pics and their photo printing prices are hard to beat.

walmart does make prints off the cd's ao all you have to do it save your file to cd or floppy and take it to walmart. they can make any size you want and also crop, sharpen, brush, etc. the prints come out perfectly. it's cheap too.

Most of these places you can upload online and pick up in the store. I know Sam's club you can even have them mailed back to you or to someone else , what a society we live in.
