over the past 10 days or so have had trouble getting through especially 15min until game time and during halfs. gets me to the lines but then when place bets will say server to busy or tech. problems. this also happens in middle of the day for like 2-3 hour spans. i call them they say their not having problems.. it has been a great book as far as bonus, paying west. union fees and collecting but last few weeks have made me angry and probably going to transfer money out if keeps this up... just making people aware as i know their running a superbowl special.. good luck

I spoke with Victoria at TCBets,
and the reason for the temporary problem is...
"the reason why this has been happening lately is because they are changing their software. They are in the process of implementing very soon a great new software, very horse racing friendly and therefore their IT manager has had to be doing tests to try it out and this is why customers have been suffering problems every once in a while. Everything is perfectly well with the company, they are just trying to improve for their customers, but unfortunately this brings some small problems and inconveniences while the software is tested."

tcbets seems to have gotten things going again. havent had problems for about 5 days or so. just wanted to post this as we usually hear the bitchin but when things do go well not much said. best of luck
