Its more like a coinflip :D

? SD is 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings.
? SD is 9-3 ATS in their last 12 games overall.
? KC is 5-1 ATS in their last six home games.
? Cheifs rank 2nd in offense with 379.6 yds/gm.

SD does look like the play, but who knows. Will they come out playing like they did against Miami, or will they roll like they did against the Colts...2 road games in a row, will be impressive if they can go into the KC house and come away with a win.

cmamoulelis,

I see it the exact same way. The only reason I haven't bet SD yet is because I was thinking there would be some money coming in on KC, shifting the line. I actually thought KC would open as a -1 or -1.5 fave. The fact that SD is favored on the road seems to indicate that the books want KC money.

I really like SD here. There is no way they will have a letdown because they must win this game and the next. The only reason they lost to the Dolphins is because they got caught looking ahead to the Colts. I think they win this week and next, but still might not make the playoffs. GL if you do play it...

gjn,

As of now, I believe it's supposed to be in the 40's for that game. While that's hardly SD weather, it isn't nearly as bad as it could have been. And you're right, the Chiefs have been dominant at home. I realize I may be in the minority when I say this, but I don't have any problem betting against a streak. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying KC is "due" for a loss at home. I just feel like the better team will win this game.

Agreed Dayad. I like SD this week too. SD was actually my preseason pick to go to the SB. What's crazy is that they are probably one of the 3 or 4 best teams in the NFL but it looks like they won't even make the playoffs!
