Wow, taking over the bottom feeder of the Big 10... however, I think Tubby will make Minny at least a middle of the pack club.
A great hire...glad they went after a name...really surprised they nailed this guy on short notice. Thank God they saved money on the Brewster hire...
Smith should be able to keep the local kids home, and draw some top talent to the program. I'd expect immediate rewards on this hire.
