Oak games--they have had 1 over and 1 right at the number-maybe even an under. Conf tourney games are a different ball of wax. Usually I see teams wanting to advance so they play slower and more deliberate so not to commit mistakes? Lean over for me but I think there are better games to play?
Still looking at the EMU game

EMU. I don't do well with full game totals in this conf. Maybe 3 Putt will see this and give his input. Their one game was low scoring. Not much help am I?

One thing I noticed about the first game between the two was the sparse amount of free throws for both teams. Can't remember the exact number but it was less than 30 attempts total. EMU normally gets to the line about 23 times a game on their own. Eastern has a lot of size and is reliant on getting the ball inside and drawing fouls. They need to get there a lot too because they are not a good FT shooting team by any stretch. Despite that, they are one of the top teams in the country in % of their total offense coming from the stripe.

Being on the road tonight it's just guess work trying to determine if they get those calls that didn't come in the first game or not. If, and it's a big if, the game is officiated in a normal fashion, I think they get over that number.

Thanks Guys..... I made my plays last night (early morning) and I get the Conf Tourn Games do present some different challenges and that Oakland/Cleveland St game is kinda an apparition (last game combined for 153 points) but in early Jan combined for 123 pts (realizing Cleve St has issues) and could certainly stay under but the Value imo is the Over here as CS is playing better basketball and when I adjust my number at the start of Feb, I don't put much stock into the first 10 days of the season. Simply because I have noticed over the years that teams coming off the Holidays (and playing in various Tournaments over those Holidays) that teams come out a little stale and with the Conf games beginning tend to play better D while the Offenses take a few games to get their bearings....

As far as the EMU/WMU total......its definitely a Dr Jykyll type game but I like my chances here for exactly the point 3 Putt mentions. WMU Achilles is their D and I expect EMU will control the boards from start to finish. I really like the Over here as I think EMU will get play a little loose and if WMU can get to 60 it should go over. I lean pretty heavily on EMU here also but admittedly not a MAC aficionado like 3 Putt and a few other guys on the forum. Fingers Crossed.

DD...... I added a couple more units to the Texas side and feel better that your on it also. Lady MO is so important this time of year and I really like the job Shaka has done with the Pokes.

Made a huge bet(s) with various books so I didn't draw attention and get the line moved on me. This bet is a little out of left field for me and doesn't fall into my normal pattern. I have quietly making money off this angle and really love this play...

Liberty -8 (1st Half)..... 10 u 💪 💪 💪 💪 *OK, 4 biceps might be overkill lol.

*Why Flames? HC R McKay will have his troops fired up after dropping their last game to rival Lipscomb. Flames are very talented and return most of their productive players that upended Miss St in first Rd last year. I have been following them all season, and love the fact that they use primarily a 3 guard Off. The Homesley kid is playing well again, and the fact Liberty lost last game spells big trouble for NJIT. I played the first half because it's where the most value is and I expect Liberty will have their way from the start. Flames have been a very good bet, especially after suffering a loss historically, and bottom line is NJIT isn't the same group that went 22-13 last season.

I expect Liberty will have a DD lead in the first half and Flames only allowed 49 & 38 points in first two clashes and don't think it's going to be any different in this one. Another little caveat is NJIT just clobbered Kennesaw St by 21 @ Kennesaw so they might not be in much of a mindset after the very easy W.

Good Luck if you follow......
