record 15-16
Getting these in early to beat line moves.

Manhattan -6.5
Manhattan has some good players returning in Flores and Jackette. Jaspers play good defense forcing turnovers and rebound well. Fordham is very inexperienced and turns the ball over a lot, is poor on the boards, and does not play good defense. Have had 16, 23, 21, and 17 TO's in their 4 games against some poor teams and have been outrebounded in every game. Rams have given up at least 70 in every game including 99 to Northeastern. I think the Jaspers win by at least 10 here.

Illinois -2
First real road test for a young North Carolina team. Illinois has a lot more size and depth than anyone they have faced. Illini should get the win at home.

Still thinking about UCSB -1.5, Clemson -12.5, Ark. LR +8, and Murray St. +10.

TCSN,
Any reason you like Fordham? Fordham plays a lot of freshman guards, has no seniors, and no real interior threat while Manhattan has a lot of experience returning, forces a lot of TO's, and had a good rebounding margin last year. Just wondering if there is something I'm not seeing here.

adding
Clemson -12.5
Mostly a play against Penn St. Clemson has some good size and experience returning getting 64% of their scoring and 80% of their rebounding back from last year. Scott is rated by some as a top 10 PG and the Clemson frontcourt also came into the season with good ratings. Penn St. has no depth and doesn't have much inside. Big edge in rebounding should go to Clemson as PSU has been outrebounded by 13 per game while Clemson is +10 per game in rebounding margin.

UCSB -1.5
Gauchos have a good home court advantage at the Thunderdome and went 13-2 at home last year. They were tough defensively holding opponents under 60 in 10 of those games. Gauchos have some good players returning in Fullove and Hull. Think they have a good chance of winning this one at home as public is big on USC.

Colorado -2
Georgia is 1-3 with their only win against Belmont. Don't have great depth and could get tired with the altitude in Colorado. Buffs are tough at home and don't think Georgia has anyone who can guard Harrison.
