The Blues have faced a very good legace who despite early indications is still an inconsistent goalie. They also got into a shootout with the sharks who have a good young goalie and a deep defense corps. Life without Pronger and McInnis has been tough early on, but the team has progressively gotten better offensively.

The Bulin wall was along for the ride last year, and his tour of duty in Chicago will remind us all that he's just a middle-of-the-pack goalie.

CHI hasn't played anyone with a winning record, losing to CLS and ANA. STL's worst losses came against DET and they blew a late lead to SJ (which is common place in the new NHL I guess).

STL @ home +105

A quick, lightning fast team going up a a highly skilled, high octane offense playing their 3rd in 4. Sens are in a letdown game, after playing their home opener, hosting and beating their hated rival. The Dominator is out, Emery is in. Theodore gets the nod tonight. MTL is well rested (2 days) and will outskate the Sens.

Consider this, both teams are unbeaten. MTL has 11 GF and 8 GA, OTT has 14 GF and 7 GA. Now consider that OTT has had 2 more home games than MTL meaning this is MTL's home opener and 2 of OTT goals were on shootouts.

MTL @ home -120

5 team shot:
PHI/TOR Over 6.5 (-120)
STL (+105)
CHI/STL Over 6.5 (-115)
DAL -1.5 (+160)
EDM/LA Over 6.5 (-110)

5 gets you 170

GL all!
