Lions have already beaten a few big teams..RU at home in the RAC are undefeated but they are missing Baker their pt gd tonite..
Texas Tech -3 over Baylor **
Great B-12 game but TT although has only 1 starter back is still loaded ..think Ramsey is the best freshmen in the country..

Quin +2.5 over Rider **
Spent so much time on this game and switched sides a few times..Rider lost to Temple,UMass,Wisky and ASU and they beat the teams that are the mid majors...Marshall their center dominates the MAAC and does noting vs the big boys.. but Quinn has Marfo who I think leads the nation in rebounding at 14..They have Kelly who does everything scoring,assists and drives the bus Williams can score ..Probably one of the most underated coach is Dunleavy who was Wrights asst. at Nova .. Rider is the better team overall but last yr when Rider traveled to Quinn,Quinn won 98-88 in OT..Rider is coming off a nice win vs Siena and Quinn struggled with Marist..but think tonite Quinn gives rider a loss in the conf...Quinn has lost to Brown,Miami,Albany,and Drexal...
Creighton -2 over Nova **
Yesterday went to the Troy-Tex st game...maybe 300 people there,, no crowd what so ever..I had Tx -6 the 1st half and with 4 minutes Tx st was up 7 with the ball,,,then Troy went on a "run".. ended up by a few at half time.. I made a live wager play +240 for Troy to win the game...you could see the Troy team was hustling and although a lot smaller had "ups ' inside...and the coach was Scott Cross the former UTA coach who was fired last yr.. If you recall he had a loaded team last yr and had no control of his players His star player hid behind the gatorade and he or his coaches couldn't find him Totally out of control and with the talent he had he couldn't beat or cover vs Tx St,.. I killed him here as a coach and when UTA fired him there was so much controversy because he went to the NCAA's with his team 3 of the last 4 yrs..I knew he deserved to be fired because he had no control..well I apologize to Scott Cross... he can coach and it was a good pick up for Troy.. he ran a 2-2-1 full court press,half court 1-3-1, a 2-3 and 1-2-2 zone..man to man ,match up zone and a box and one..Tx could n't adjust and was out of rhythm... and what I love about seeing games close up I fell in love with a Troy player...a few yrs back it was Jordan the rider pt gd vs Marist who is playing tonite.. He is a senior. then last yr fell head over heels over UTSA Jivan Jackson.. a crazy kid with unreal talent.. he today is No 2 in the nation in scoring..and last nite saw Desmond Williams a 6'1 160 pound freshmen who can flat out do everything...but he is crazy like Jivan.. he hit a 3 and was waving to the 9 members of the Tx St band.. Cross took him out..but later in the game he hit another 3 and looked over to the bench and the player guarding him and talked "smack".. This time he got hit with a "T"..Cross took him out but I was sitting right behind him he went over to Cross and apologized..then went over to the asst coaches as he was going to the bench and said " my bad"..then went over to every player on his team and said " my bad"... and then when he went back in he went over to the player that was guarding him and slapped him 5...loved it but he will be a star because he is so quick can shoot and pass and and dunk...
anyway still hitting those air balls good luck tonite,,,sorry for the long ass boring comments..
