I am playing first halves for about 1/3 of what I have... much more in just live plays.
Quick History (and super high level thought process without getting into the numbers) was that I started playing 1st halves as a mental aid for myself. Basically, I would play say 5x on the game... then my blowout winners were tough to touch again at half. But, I was constantly playing even to losing games again at half. My frustration would build by having more money on losers, than my easy winners. So, I started playing 1st halves too to bridge that gap. I saw a lot of extra success by doing this, and importantly, kept me much more in tune with the first half and what was happening in the game. So, the evolution then happened that I found my half time plays became better when I played 1st halves as well.
Over the past 2 years, the 1st half performance was subpar. And, it obviously creates more unit volatility, as I'm more invested in each game. LIVE plays have kept my focus on the in-game happenings, and filled the in-tune void left by not playing 1st halves. ANd, I have gained enough data, to make more targeted and different sized 2h bets... So, that was a quick ramble, and there are a ton of nuances. But, that's the gist.
So, we will see where LIVEs take me. They are off to insane start, and I feel more relaxed with a bit less swing without the halves. In football, I'm still playing 1st halves, and will look at it after the season to decide what I do for next season
