putting some on the over in the main event.

Nate Campbell vs Francisco Lorenzo
Lorenzo has went the distance with Courtney Burton, Ivan Valle, and Juan Diaz with no inkling of being on his way out. This guy is a tough SOB and he might pull the upset. If Campbell is not in great form he could be outworked. Campbell is a big puncher, but he will find trouble landing on the weird style of Lorenzo.

i lost big on campbell`s first fight with peden...i was lucky to have the under in the second....even though i absolutely thought it would be peden going bye-bye....what stopped me from betting campbell was the venue.....

can`t say i disagree...if i bet this,it would be a small play on lorenzo....

campbell`s a headcase...

probably a no go for me....but,i see your point...lorenzo is not an easy guy to fight....

best of luck...

btw..i thought monte barrett at+248(pinny) was a very generous price for what i think is a very tough fight for rahman.....rahman`s opponents in his comeback have been less than imposing....and he`s another headcase....

he`s a local guy down here in b,more....and he has a very short memory...he gets cocky....

a guy with some quicks like barrett has an excellent shot...barrett has been on a roll....he has has much to gain with a win here..

take a little from holi(be quicker than rahman)....take a little from ruiz(clinch when you`re inside)....

don`t fight rahman like you fought beck....pick your spots....make him move a little...show how ponderous rahman can be...

and if he comes in a little heavy, all the better...

Also like the Barrett number. Noticed it got bet up so I held off. This is a generous price and Monty has re-invented himself. GL to all on the Campbell wagers; the "galaxy warrior" is lost in space as far as I'm concerned, so I ain't playing.

if you really like the campbell/lorenzo over, you COULD parlay it with tarver inside the distance and get over 4-1.....

or under 11.5 in tarver/johnson and get almost 3-1....

i know....i know....johnson doesn`t get knocked out....i know.....

but.....

tarver has avenged both losses prior to johnson by k.o....

i know that johnson is very tough to stop.....but so WERE jones and harding.....maybe,tarver was looking past johnson a bit....regardless of the jones upset...people just don`t take johnson seriously...still don`t.......

at 4-1...there`s several ways to hedge the parlay....

of course,the key is the campbell/lorenzo over.....that doesn`t happen, it`s a moot point...

food for thought...

btw...while i`m here.....anybody notice the "gatti inside the distance" prop at 5 dimes is +810!!!!

now,if you like mayweather.....and most do....and many have parlays and other crap going with floyd,jr....you could look at that +810.....as a hedge...

i think gatti`s comeback has been vs nondescript opposition....

and my opinion is that floyd will pick him to pieces...maybe cut him up...maybe even stop him...

but, gatti will be the bigger guy....again....and he can punch...

will he outbox floyd,jr?....anything`s possible....but i don`t think it`s probable...even in new jersey...

it`s easay to outjab leija and dorin....

floyd`s actually a tad taller than gatti...gatti will have to take some chances...

maybe the added weight hurts floyd,jr.....not likely.....but,sometimes guys go one weight class to high....

who the hell thought that tarver would knock jones out?.... that johnson would knock him out?...

hatton stopped tszyu...tyson/mcbride...the brewster that fought meehan would come out like a young tyson...

gatti`s last 5 fights have been in new jersey...now his home base...

i don`t think that will be the case....but,

gatti will be darn near a middleweight by fight time.....

8-1?.....seems high to me....

floyd wins,imo...fairly easily....but,boxing`s been very strange lately...
g.l.
