Thanks barmezee. I use two different sites. My local has a website, but they get all of their lines directly from Pinnacle (props included). I also use 5dimes because I feel like they have a greater selection than most. Some of the time, I'll post both lines in my thread, just incase someone doesn't have a Pinnacle account. I try really hard to select things that everyone can get before I post, because I know how frustrating it is to see a line and not be able to get it. Props are gonna be a little different (in juice) everywhere you go, but they should all be relatively close in number of pts, assists, rebounds etc.
I personally love betting player props, because you don't have to worry about epic team collapses that kill your play. You're basically betting on one person to do their job, so even in a loss, the prop has a chance. My buddy thinks it's a guess from game to game, but I disagree. I look at so many things before I choose a prop (besides game averages). I look at who they're playing, how they're playing, who they're matched up with, and just a general feel to the game itself. I feel like you have a very good chance to hit 60-70% of these, which is much higher than most elite gamblers hit betting sides. Now granted, everyone has off games, but usually my only enemies are blowout games and injuries. If it's somewhat competitive, my % goes way up in a majority of these props.
