I have Richmond already going -2.5 and adding second half Richmond +2.5. Much better team in my opinion.

Indeed, opened as high as -3.5 for SFA and while not 100% reliable, the sources I use show money hitting that side steadily and yet it went as far as -1.
i’d fade the oddness early - meaning SFA H1, and favor under 149.5.
not playing it pregame but if SFA gets up 6-7+ , i’d play Utech live.
both teams can light it up from 3, which inevitably creates volatile runs, see if you can low point the team getting pasted by a 3-pt barrage and count on mean reversion
