Come Wednesday morning there will be a 4-way tie for 3rd place in the BIG 12 with 9-6 records.....Don't think for a second that Rick Barnes is going to let the young horns play the way they did against OSU...they missed everything....it will change tonight!!! Hmmmm lets see Freeze has TX TECH #14 in his poll so I will go with the trend that says to go with the HOME FAVORITE over the RANKED ROAD DOG.......been doing pretty good this year, why stop now.

actually i think Owens should be allowed to play.......gotta give the guys who stay in school the incentive to stay.......Owens could have left early.....wouldda probably been a late pick....but regardless, NCAA needs to create incentives to stay in school and they can step up and do it in this situation......

actually i don't think they are hurting th NCAA...excitement is just as good as ever......what is really hurting is the NBA where the level of play lacks fundamentals.....NBA doesn't bring the energy that the NCAA does night in and night out so it really hurts when bad basketball is played

totally that College is bar far more exciting than the NBA......Now, I thought a player was allowed to have a redshirt season and a medical redshirt......does this still hold true? If it does "HOOK'EM BABY".....

yes but the medical redshirt can only be used with a limited number of games.......Owens played a couple over the limit to take the redshirt......

oh absolutely the NBA SUCKS.

But even though the level of play is better in College, think about the special moments and players your mnissing out on, 'cause they're all leaving early, or out of high school, to go to the NBA!

Its hard to miss what you don;t have, but as you watch ESPN Classic of Jordon at NC, just realize your missing out on a lot of moments that will never happen.

I'm more pissed that the game sucked! I was hoping for a somewhat comptetative game, Tech got the asses handed to them, and it wasn;t even funto watch. Unless you had BIG money on UT, then it was sweet!
