ATS: 127-88-7 (+46.7)
OU: 69-59-2 (+2.8)
ML dogs: 5-8 (+3.6)

Nuggets

Since the 2010 season, the Nuggets are 6-2 SU (+10.9 ppg) and ATS when seeking home revenge for a road loss that happened within the last two weeks.

Honestly, I just think that the Nuggets are the way better team here. The all-star break may have served as a sort of cooler for the Celtics, and tonight I think they start a tough run. They have the Lakers on deck tomorrow in L.A., while the Nuggets have just one home game and then two days of rest.

Hornets

I actually think that these teams match up pretty well, and that the game could go either way. The Hornets have shown that they can beat the Bulls, as they did earlier this year, when they held them to just 82 points. Home court and a better rested team could make the difference in this matchup tonight.

Bucks

Larry Sanders is back, and I think he makes a huge difference inside for this team. Williams is back for the Nets as well, but they were playing good without him, so this might actually affect them in a negative way tonight. Mainly, I am playing this game for one reason - ownage. The Bucks are 13-0 SU and ATS vs. the Nets in their last thirteen meetings. Until the Nets prove they can beat them, it looks like a decent bet to me...

Not using a lot of trends today, because I don?t think they apply very well after a long break. And well, the one trend I did find, I didn't actually apply it very well in my picks. Oh well, let's see how this goes!

Nuggets -8
Bucks +4.5
Bucks ML +165
Hornets +2

Good luck...

My notes have a huge lean to overs in the first 2 games out of the break but no numbers like you have to back it up!!!!

Shit I was siding with the Nets in anticipation that Williams and Lopez come out with a little attitude from missing the big weekend, that with it being a home and home, thought they may come out big and then lay an egg on the road tomorrow, anyways thanks for sharing!!!!

Got home just in time to see Joe Johnson hit the game winner

Our high school team just lost a tournament game in regionals. Done for the year. Amazing season, nonetheless. Went up against the most talented team we have played all season with a ridiculous crowd. Lost by 5.

I have a headache, and looks like I have myself some losers tonight too...

So it goes sometimes.... so it goes.

Almost have my post ready for tonight. Treading lightly after this all-star break, as much of the way I cap is based on situations and rest...

Bad loss on bucks ml, nuggets brick city from free throw. Look for a great night tonight. Tell me why I should not bet the Celtics

Yea, Nugs have burned me down the stretch a couple times. Were looking good going into the fourth. They really struggle from the line, and that's never good in close games.

Why should you not bet the Celtics? I have no reason. I honestly saw nothing on that game today. I still think they are not very good, but they have constantly proved my opinion about them wrong, so I need to really re-evaluate, haha. They are kind of old (their big players), and playing a run-n-gun game at altitude last night could slow them down a bit tonight, but...the Lakers are who they are too. But the Celtics still have not beaten a western conference opponent on the road this year, and I never bet a dog unless I think they can win SU.

The only reason I can think of to bet this game tonight would be because of the passing of Buss. Sometimes teams respond well to emotional situations like this, and it can bring them together.
