Here are the plays I like for Tuesday:

Cardinals - very hot team (9-1 L10) coming off of a loss to a cold team (2-8 L10) Plus Reds are not known to win many at home and back to back wins are rare. I will take my chances.

Seattle - If I am not wrong Seattle has won every serie this year? "correct me if wrong" and this is a 4 game series, so you get the picture. Seattle 6-4 L10 and Tigers playing better at 4-6 L10 but M's should bounce back.

Oakland - I have rode Oakland to death and will have to ride them again in this spot. This game will not be a shut-out like on Monday, but Oakland should find a way to beat Cleveland who is 5-5 L10 and Oakland is 8-2 L10.

SF - I think SF is playing just as good as any team in League right now, and sure Braves took 2 of 3 in SF, SF is still 7-3 L10 and Bonds is on fire + the fact Pavano got drilled last game - this may be a blowout. Expos not bad latly at 5-5 L10, but not a good spot for them as SF is trying to keep pace with Dbax - who has Schilling on Mound.

Angels - Angels coming off of a home loss, should be ready to go vs. Cone, IMO Angels would be a better playoff team than some that might get in & believe me they are trying. Boston jumped out early on Monday and Angels should get a win today with Schoenweis, who has won several games in a row now + I am not completly sold that Boston is back yet, they are 4-6 L10 and Angels is 6-4 L10 - this may be the Angels biggest game this year if you factor in the wild card race.

Yankees - love em' or hate em' this is their time of the year, they do not lose to many after the break and Texas is a team they have owned for some time now. Yankees are now on the warm list at 5-5 L10 while Texas is 4-6 L10. Just a feeling NY will roll.

Fla - ok not a Hot team by no means and hell not even warm at 2-8 L10 but they are playing the Dodgers who are also 2-8 L10, Gagne is one of those pitchers I hate betting on "never had luck with him" Gagne's Last start Expos beat LA 7-3 and the start before that LA lost 7-3 to Phillies. Penny overall has done a good job for the Marlins and in his last start lost 1-2 to Giants in SF and his start before that he was at home and won 3-1 over Dbax, so with a couple of impressive starts vs. both SF & Dbax, I think he will be able to do well verus Dodgers.

Astros - are making life for the Cubs a living hell. Astros are 7-3 L10 and have a powerful lineup that should be able to put some runs on the board at Philly, Figueroa got hit hard his last time up vs. Brewers and I feel the Astro batters will fare well also. Plus Phillies are in a slump and went from a very hot team a few weeks ago to 5-5 L10 and are feeling the pressure everyday in the East pennant race.

Best Bet:

Parlays:

IIRC, Seattle has lost 2 series this year, one to the Blue Jays and not sure who the other was to. Although, still a solid series play IMO.

Seattle has not lost a road series all year long. Both series that they lost were at home this year. Seattle has not lost 3 games in a row all year either. I have played them just about every game and when they lose, I just double up the units or the cover the wager lost the previous game until they win. With any other team, it would deplete your bankroll real quick, but as mentioned above they haven't lost 3 games in a row this year, been very profitable to me, don't know how much longer to continue this with the season coming to an end and Seattle secure with a spot in post-season but we'll see.

1-4 for the day, a couple of tough breaks, The 8th inning homer in LA game and the walk after the intentional walk in Oakland, but thats baseball. Back in a few with Wednesday's plays.

I couldn't believe we kost the Oakland game to a bases loaded walk. I would rather have lost it to a grand slam than to give it to them the way we did.

Like you said . . . breaks of the game.

Keep up the good work.
