Funny guy Kysas. I havent looked at any of tonights games yet. Well I looked over them but I'm not gonna sit here and cap each game all day while at work. I think I get too involved and all the info goes to my head. I am looking at the UMass/Utah game at 4:15pm. UMass played Indiana tough in the 1H and didn't stop competing throught the game. Indiana did play sloppy in the last 8 minutes in the game to make it seem a little bit more close then it was. As for Utah, turnovers and lack of freethrow shooting plus what seemed like a very unmotivated Utah team last night. I am waiting to see if a total pops up on this game .. but for now I like UMass plus the points. Gonna lay off it to see how lines look and IF a total comes out.

Utah and Umass look to face off in the Maui Invitational consolation (or as I woulda say it .. battle of the two losers) game. Both teams come into the game with losses yesterday. UMass played Indiana and lost 84-71. Utah lost to Gonzaga 71-52. Utah really looked ugly in this game as they were up 8-4 to start the game but then they allowed a 19-0 run by Gonzaga and never really had a chance afterwords. Utes looked pathetic at the freethrow line shooting 5-18 at the line while the zags were 33-43. Britton Johnson the main player of the Utes did fnish up with 15 points but IMO hes a little bit too overrated. He can't be counted in the clutch. Last night he only hit 2-7 at the free throw line and 6-15 from the field. UMass coach Steve Lappas is lookin to build on his young team and it was evident as they were down by 18 and never stopped fighting. Granted the score really could have been worse then what it was ... with Indiana pretty much just f'n around at the end of the game. They still didn't quit. I'll take UMass gettin the points. They seem more hungry and Utah really doesn't seem to get prepared for tournament games going 0-6 ATS in the last three years along with 0-6 ATS in November and 2-10 ATS on a neutral court. I really was hoping a total would have come out on this game but I'm happy with with Umass gettin the 2.5 not that they will need it.
