*-Not sure when I will be able to post any selections in the coming days...having surgery Wednesday morning on my neck. Been dealing with Cervical Spinal Stenosis for the last 10 years or so & it has gotten to the point where I have to do something other than take Percocet 2 or 3 times a day. Doctor is going to insert 3 or 4 Titanium discs between the Vertebrae in my neck holding them in place with a Titanium Rod. Does not sound like much fun but @ least I will be a bit taller!!! :D I'll update my condition & try to post some attempts as soon as I am able.

I had a similar episode. Tried conservative treatments but none worked. Received a C3-C6 fusion about ten years ago and the numbness in my arms stopped immediately. It will never be quite the same as it was before as far as range of motion is concerned but over time the pain has decreased by about 75-85%. On no meds at all now other than an occasional ibuprofen From somebody that has gone through it I offer a tip. Go through with the phys therapy program as soon as you are able and follow it diligently. It will be difficult and time consuming but it will hasten your recovery and lead to a much more positive outcome.

Best wishes for your well being.
