Line opened at -18 for Duke and currently stands at -16.5 with nearly 90% on Duke. Anyone know why the line came down? I feel like Duke is the better team and don't know much about Tulane besides they lost to some below average teams so makes me think why. Any help appreciated.

Thanks guys. The play is definitely Tulane just was wondering why the line went down. Usually when you can't explain it, you should take the low percentage side and roll with it. Going to watch as it gets closer to kickoff but Tulane seems like a decent play.
